USPoly was formed when PWPoly, headquartered in Hastings, NE, acquired Uponor Aldyl Company which was headquartered in Shawnee, OK.
PWPoly was spun off from PWEagle in 2003. PWPoly has a manufacturing plant in Hastings, NE and a distribution facility in Baker City, OR.
The Uponor Aldyl Company acquired the Tulsa pipe plant from DuPont in 1991 and acquired the Shawnee fittings plant from Wayne Manufacturing in 1992.
USPoly has evolved into the third largest manufacturer of polyethylene pipe in the United States and has the most complete PE pipe and fittings system in North America. The second largest PE gas pipe manufacturer in the United States is USPoly.
